Colorado was a wonderful experience. My boyfriend and his family took me along on their family vacation to snowboard and ski. It was fantastic. I had never been before but I went headfirst into the sport and got my ass handed to me. These shots were taken walking around the grandparents place. Such beautiful scenery up there.
The creek nearby was almost completely frozen over. I was literally standing in the middle on the ice when taking this shot. It was so lovely.
I love to find the details of something that makes it beautiful and let it show in the photograph. If you follow my 365 Project, the details are what stand out in every photo. I just see things differently than most.
Colorado, you were amazing. I am so thankful for the experience.

No Trespassing.... or is it now OK?
Contrasting Colors
This was a treasure of a find. It was filled with old broken car parts and lights. Absolutely awesome in my mind.
Ready to fly....
These are just a few of my favorite shots from my trip to Acuff, Texas on February 13th. Please forgive me for my late edits. It's been so crazy at school lately, not to mention, I think because of the time of the year my emotions have been on a roller coaster from Hell and the last thing I want to do is sit and edit.
I want to fly.
OK. Now to edit more photos and catch up on my 365 Project.

If you're familiar with my 365 Project, then you are aware of the Depot District Arches I took a picture of in the rain. You may recognize this very image with photo credit on the Intensive English Program website about Lubbock. I'm happy. I've basically become the official photographer for the Intensive English Program at Texas Tech. That's awesome.
=) Just thought I would share. Now back to editing...
